"Have been a patient since I was a child, everyone is always kind and they never do a bad job"
"While Dr Zust seemed very capable his office staff was completely negligent. I told them during the call to set up my appointment that I had united health care. At my first appointment they took my insurance card and put it in the system. Then they had me talk to someone who stated what I would likely owe and I paid that up front. Later I got a bill for more that my original down-payment. Only after I asked about that did they tell me they have *always* been out of network with united health care. The Dr did his job, but it seems the office did their best to screw me into paying money I can't afford for something I could have gotten cheaper elsewhere, simply because my primary said Dr Zust was a good Dr. If it weren't for the doctor himself ensuring a good product, I'd be wishing I could give negative stars on this review."
