"Went to Majestic Dental today and I had a very unpleasant experience. My hygienist kept poking at my gums and teeth, she also used what sounded and felt like a drill for fillings to clean my teeth with instead of the normal professional toothbrush dentists use. My last dentist never mentioned anything about a crown, fillings, and other issues prior to this visit. I was told I needed alignment for proper cleaning with braces. The hygienist continues to poke at my teeth and my gums on purpose asking “does this hurt” I told them that it hurt and I wanted them to stop and they kept on going. Few minutes later after the cleaning and polishing or what I call “abuse” considering what she did, she then gets Dr. Lear and he mentions that my tooth is cracked, I needed two crowns, braces, and lots of fillings. They poked at my filings from my previous dentist and said “we don’t like how they look” before this visit I had not a single mention of issues, they continue to say that I have issues with my teeth. They poked at my wisdom tooth extractions and then when I looked at the bill it had $400+ dollars of stuff on there even though I came in for just a normal checkup and cleaning. My first time visiting this office and I am now severely traumatized of money hungry abusive con artists. I will not return, keep your family and friends away from this office unless you want people to lie to you for money or hurt your mouth!"
