"PLEASE READ reviews before going to these people! They service is NOT good & they will send you expensive bills hiking up the price of service!! I paid my co-pay at the time of service and my insurance coved my teeth cleaning! My cleaning was in 2022 they JUST NOW in 2024 have mailed me a expensive bill for a cleaning my insurance paid!!! I really wish I had read all the reviews before going! SO MANY OTHERS HAVE HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE, POOR SERVICE & BILLS MAILED MONTHS/YEARS LATER!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM STAY AWAY!!!!!!!"
"UPDATE: Changing my rating cause they just sent me a bill that I thought I already paid for. After everything was done and paid before I left. Of course they were busy when I called them. ———————— Best experience for me! I needed help soon as possible. My previous private dentist took me forever to set appointment. Also Aspen offered me same exact thing I needed AND better financial coverage than my previous dentist. In just one appointment they got everything planned for me in the next few month! And the service is very quick!! Employees are very accommodating."
"I was so impressed w everyone from receptionist to Dr.. Such a beautiful office setting & cleanest I have ever been in, in my life. Dr. Haung was amazing.So smart & referred me to another Dr.who specializes in tiny implants, which is what I will need. Very professional group of nice people."
"Aspen Dental did an excellent job. I walked in and they were able to address my concerns and get me out of very uncomfortable dental pain. The dentist and his assistants showed genuine concern about making sure to fix what was causing my pain. They made helpful suggestions and I feel that I got reasonable care and was done same day, for a fair price. I needed to have a cracked filling replaced and they did an adequate job while keeping the bill in check. I will definitely seek out their care for future work."
"Desi listened and understood that I only wanted to get 2 chipped teeth replaced for my elderly Dad's top denture plate. She and the lab staff in the St Peters, MO office were able to replace the 2 teeth. The cost was very reasonable, and the service was fast and done in only 2 hours. I was WOW'd today! Way to go Aspen Dental!"
