"Don't EVER buy tires from this Walmart. Just had all 4 tires replaced 20ish days ago and the left rear tire exploded, literally exploded while my dad was driving on the highway with my 6 yrs old cousin sitting in the back. Went to the auto center the next morning and paid 30 dollars to install a new tire, again. At first they wanted to charge an additional 30 dollars for the tire, but I didn't accept it because we had already paid for the 'brand new tires' that were supposed to be fine. When I asked the staff why it exploded, the lady told me "it will just happen". Spent 500 dollars to replace the tires just for the safety of my family, but turns out the new tires we just replaced had put my family in danger and none of these staff really helped with our problem. I was hoping to see the manager, he was in the office but wouldn't come out to talk to us. There is NO guarantee of the quality of the tires and the service is the worst I have ever been to. I'd give them 0 stars if I could."

"I went to your Maplewood store to try and purchase new tires for my Buick. They had two of the Goodyear tires I wanted and the other two needed to be ordered. Several appointments were made and canceled before someone actually told me that I had to order them online. The Assumption was that the store was going to order it for me. I found the whole experience riddled with bad Communications and bad customer service. I ran out of time due to my job demands and did not purchase any tires as of yet."

"I’ve been to this auto center twice this week. Once for an oil change and once to get tires put on my car. I had a great experience both times! Everyone I encountered was so friendly, the service was quick and I love the text updates they send. Bandit helped me out today and he let me know he noticed an alignment problem with my car and recommended a place I go to that was running a promotion! Y’all are doing a fantastic job here. Thank you!"

"I had a flat tire. I removed the tire and attempted to get it repaired, but magically, it was un repairable. Even though my tires had good tread, I agreed to purchase 2 new tires, but I had to wait for them to be shipped the next day. I called at the time (11:00 a.m.) I was told to call, and I was informed their shipment had not arrived. Waiting an hour, I called again, and I was told the same thing. An hour later, the same response and an hour after that was the same. Magically, the shipment arrived after my 3rd phone call. In reality, the tires were in the shop at 11:15. No honesty and no apologies. I won't be back."
