"Took my car in because I couldn’t start. They tested and said battery was bad, so they replaced new battery. Couple days later car die again. Had to get my car tow because I was out of nowhere. Called Dobb today and spoke to STEVE. Steve is rude unfriendly and will not let you talk. He said they test battery and battery was bad so they didn’t care for other reason that could cause my battery to keep dying. If I need to tat if my battery is bad or good I could take to auto zone and they do it for free. They are not very polite and professional."

"Called to schedule an emission testing and was told to bring it up at 7:30am on a specific date. Drove 1 1/2 hours to drop it off and was told they didn’t have anything scheduled and unable to get the testing done. Never again with Dobbs"

"I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received from Dobbs. I ended up with a flat and Dobbs helped me get everything squared away in less than 8 hours. The customer service was incredible. Highly recommended."

"Beware of the Fenton Dobbs Tire & Auto! Please save yourself the time and headache. It might even save your life. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had as a customer. This will also be my first ever complaint. It’s for such a profound reason that compelled me to do my civic duty to prevent another quality citizen and customer from sharing this same horrific experience. The entire experience is too lengthy to describe, because every step of the way I was disappointed by poor auto service and then offended by horrific customer service. However, I can share the highlights. First, the brand new tires I purchased are flat only 2 days after service. Now, I must get my car towed and then go another day without a car while they replace my tire with a new tube. I requested the staff to the do the alignment while they had my car. When I went to pick up my vehicle I was told the alignment cost $80 more than I was quoted because I had a “special alignment”. Something that he wasn’t aware of when he told me the price. Something he didn’t feel compelled to call and share with me either. I decided at this moment I would not do business with Dobbs after this experience. Well, I ultimately had no choice. Subsequently, while driving the driver side front wheel CAME OFF the axle/ brake rotors ENTIRELY. Had this event taken place minutes prior, I would have been seriously injured or even killed. When I spoke to the general manager to share what happened, he stated this was not the work of his staff and it was not their wrong doing. Sure! Wheels naturally separate entirely from the car. We see it all the time. I was disappointed I was going to be stuck without a car until further notice. I must have a car. Clearly this is not my wrongdoing. The general manager, Corey, said, “he was not compelled to help me with any sort of rental car”because it was not his problem, and he did not appreciate that I was disappointed and upset with the service I had received. In total, I had to leave my car at Dobbs for 6 full days. All without a car. Just my own problem I guess. If you notice the picture below, this is the outcome of the work of Corey and his staff. He was more upset with me for my disappointment for this poor work shown below, and the team’s neglectful lack of attention to detail that could have been deadly. Atrocious experience altogether. The saddest part is the pure lack of care for providing quality customer service. Corey told me to my face he could care less about my experience with Dobbs and that, “he would be glad if I took my business elsewhere.” This establishment, or the least this very location should be not in business."
