They are incredibly well versed in small talk to make the experience even better than most dutch bros store which I never really look for but it does help make the experience. "I stopped by Dutch Bros Coffee today to get a preview of what they are all about. I’ve been driving past it during its entire construction, but I had never even heard of it before. Let me tell you, the training staff is doing a fantastic job. I can’t tell how many times I heard that it was ‘all about the customer’, ‘the focus is always on the customer’, ‘create a relationship with each person’. They have a lot of products to choose from, not just coffee, but even if it was just coffee, I was so impressed that I might check it out anyway. Plus, the walk up window is really cool.
