"I only have a bad experience here when a certain woman is working. I am in customer service and there is absolutely no reason to ever treat someone the way that she treats your customers. This woman added food to my order that I didn’t ask for, tried to overcharge me and then sent me out the door with the afore mentioned food that I didn’t order instead of what I did. I got home and noticed her mistake and returned to the store. She acted like it was such a burden to fix the problem that she had created. When I asked for (at the very least) a partial refund, she acted like I was completely out of line. There are some very kind people who work there and I enjoy the food. However, if she is working, I will be eating somewhere else."

"I've been in Joplin every Thursday for the past couple months. Last several weeks this has turned into my go to for dinner on the way out of town. The workers are friendly and helpful, restaurant is Cian l clean, and though I am coming in during their last open hour I haven't heard any complaint or foul attitude from the workers. For the foreseeable future this will be my Thursday night dinner"
