Domino's Pizza

"Grove Domino's is one of the top Dominos in the country. Their service is excellent, the speed and accuracy of every ordered is consistent. This place never disappoints. Excellent management and workers here. Keep up the great work."

"Our order was promised 30-40 mins. I attempted to contact the store after waiting 60 minutes, and could not get an answer. When my order arrived, not only was it cold, it was also made wrong. I called the store again, and didn't receive an answer. I attempted to go through online support, and that was futile. I finally got an answer at the store, waited for a manager, then was told, "I'm sorry, we are busy. There is only one driver. We had an issue with the order ahead of yours that caused yours to be late. Would you like me to send a replacement for the tots or issue a credit for them." I said I expected a bit more than that at this point, and was met with the vocal shrug and scoff of, "What would you like?" so I asked for a full refund. He stated he would give one, but I have yet to see it happen..."

"There’s a reason this place is sub 4 star. Got 4 things that were absolutely awfully prepared, all in one order. The pizza was cut horribly, there was hardly any powder on the lava cakes, sandwich was cut bad, all in one order. I’ve had to call this place in the past and usually have had it solved but this time he says “I’ll refund it” then hangs up on me. Heck of a manager."

"Ordered 2 Medium pizzas and a pasta dish. Food showed up at 7:35 when our driver left with many orders at 7:00. I have several temp gauges at my house since I am in the food industry. When it takes 35 minutes to deliver a pizza even in a warming bag you can probably guess what happens to a pizza. Not the best look over here on the Honey Creek Bridge side of town when your competition is almost done building. Look at our history, we order frequently out of convenience. Usually it's moderately decent. I specifically didn't order a bread bowl this time because the last 4 or 5 times ordering those they have been horribly wrong. The crust on the bread bowl was in edible. Thanks"

"We promptly received our pizza burned to a crisp with cold (uncooked) bell peppers, and lovingly cut into both triangles AND squares! Plus, look closely at the little love left in the center - we think it's the toppings that had fallen off to then be scooped up and placed ceremoniously in a small dog pile. But...the handmade pan pizza was perfect and they are going to replace the lab experiment. That's worth two stars!"
