"I have issues with an odd foot. Scotts was extremely helpful , took the time to measure and explain what type of boot and shoe I needed. He got me into a comfortable pair of safety toe boot and a pair of athletic shoes. Scotts is my new go to shoe store."

"The selection of work boots in this store is very good, they have some of the best quality boots from some of the best names in the business, with that said the guy running it seems to want to rush you in and out the door as quickly as possible and wants you to know exactly what you want when you come in the door. For someone who runs a business you would think you would have better people skills that he does especially when your business is to help the customer. Boot selection for Monett is 8/10, his personality and how he treats customers is 2/10."

"I stopped in on a whim after seeing a sign by the road, and was glad I did. Then checked the reviews, and was surprised to see so many negative reviews! They all seem to be from the same time, and all from accounts with only one review though. Seems fishy. Anyway, Scott was super helpful and friendly, he helped me select a pair of sandals, and made a recommendation for sites for later. It's hard to find a store like this anymore, I really like being able to see, hold, and try on things before buying, and you can't do that online. I'll be back in the future. Thanks Scott!"
