"They say they close at 8. This should mean you can place an order until 8, but it doesn't. When they don't feel like working anymore they turn the lights off even if it's not 8 yet. If you don't want to serve after 7:45, then say that you close at 7:45. Don't falsely advertise 8. I did my part and was there on time. Now do your part and sell me coffee."
"Great location within Target in Bradford Park, its only store in Springfield. The coffee was also as good as that from other Starbucks stores."
"The store ran out of drink carriers 3 weeks ago, and 2 store's we went to didn't have the flavors of refreshers. I love Starbucks normally but due to covid and them not being able to get the things that they need it makes the experience of Starbucks not so fun."
"Awesome service, that was very friendly and quick. The Salted Carmel Mocha frappe was delicious, as was the Green tea Guava, and the apple juice. It was fairly clean in the sitting area, just a few small scattered bits of paper trash. The area was very well lit up, and of course it is inside Target so you can sip and shop."
"Coffee is on point....once you get the barista to stop trying to finish your sentence while you are ordering. Then they make what they want instead of what you asked for and you have to keep repeating yourself. But it is delicious once they get it right."
