"I will not ever use these guys again. They were supposed to service my drive train. When I picked up my vehicle, there was damage to my vehicle that they will not own up to. Since I had Distrust in them because of the damage. Took my vehicle to another mechanic. The mechanic said did not look like anything had been done. They are saying they did the work and they did not damage my vehicle. All lies!!!"

"Took my 2016 Cadillac in to have a diagnostic done. They told me it was a blown rear end, when I went to pick it up the radio screen was cracked. I have video proof of what the screen looked like before I brought the car in. They said they shouldn't have been near the radio, which is true if all they were doing is a diagnostic. After showing them video proof of my non cracked screen, they told me they would have to review their cameras. They are not willing to hold themselves accountable for their mistakes. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN! Terrible people, terrible customer service, and they will break things on your car and tell you you brought it in already broken, then with video proof to confirm they will try to lie right to your face."
