"They are very unprofessional and childish. Lack basic communication skills with customers. Older man and younger worker came out the store yelling when I have my baby in the car. They refused to tell my fiance that with certain banks refunds could take up to 24 hours. Said refund would be on card automatically. While I sat in front of the store on e waiting for my deposit to hit since that's what they had said. When it had not hit my fiance went back in there and explained. He was told sorry it could take up to 24 hours he said well maybe you should do your job by telling customers that the first time.he left the store. That is when he was literally followed by TWO employees yelling and causing a scene. Ridiculous and definitely need different employees that know how to speak to customers."

"They are friendly, informative, and won't charge you for your ignorance. Free checkups and they give excellent advice. They also help with comparisons with brand and pricing. It's clear that it's spoken from experience. My experiences with O'Reillys isn't always cheap, but that is usually my own damn fault. But when you do have to spend your hard earned dollars, you can bet that they'll give you what you need."

"They are very very very rude! And I ordered fuel filter and i put "store pick up" and i went to pick up the filter i found the box in this condition! And they were not busy! But ignoring me along with other people there! If I didn't ask him for a bag! He wouldn't have given me one!"
