"Always great service!!! Went in for an oil change, the plug was on too tight. They went above and beyond to help us out, called the Prescott AR TA that had done the last oil change (had the receipt for proof) and over tightened the plug (got the same results we did, wouldn't admit any fault). They made sure we could get an oil pan before they tried getting the plug out AND in the end carefully got the plug out with no damage!!!"

"I really want give them 0 star. Checked 2:30PM, the guy tell me EST wait time less then 45 mins. Almost 4hr here, and no one call me to get in. Dont waist your time here if you dont have emergency situation. Pidarazi"

"Checked in at 0710, not one truck in line or in the bays. All I needed was a fuel line hanger to get my fuel lines off my exhaust pipe. Truck sits to low for me to get under it and fix it myself. Have been watching the techs walk back and forth carrying coffee cups around the shop. It is now 0750 and still waiting for them to get off their prework break and do something. Petro shops are the worst place to take anything to get fixed even something minor ."

"Pathetic!!!! I wish i could have given 0 stars. I came here because of flat trailer tire. Checked in at 4:00 pm to which they told me that wait time is 2 hours. Went inside again at 6:30 pm and they told they were running behind and that i should wait for 1.5 hr more. Again i went in at 8 pm and they told me i was next and to back in at bay 1 . I again waited another 2 hrs for someone to finally show up at 10 pm. Bunch of liers."

"I came here to do an oil change twice , called in 3 hours ahead that’s what people should do too and not complain that they have to wait for forever . Guy told me I need to wait for little bit of time when I got here so I went to fuel up and had quick breakfast and they called me to bring the truck in. While they doing oil change went to take a shower and just enjoy the weather outside the truck . About an hour in they called me cause truck is done ✔️ . I really appreciate the service that they provided . Look for good things not the bad things guys."
