"Fast and attentive service even though they appeared pretty busy during a Sunday lunch service with the Chiefs game on. Salsa was decent, choripollo (pollo special) was okay, my kids liked the burrito panzon, the lunch fajitas were good and a great deal price wise. Just passing through on a road trip but would certainly consider stopping here again."

"Delicious food with fast, friendly service. They had the hibiscus tea (not on the menu) I love, so that was a plus. Thin, fresh chips with good salsa to start the meal was nice. I went with my family and we were happy with our meal."

"Food was pretty good, if not quite the selection of some. Only gave a 4, because the queso dip was extremely thin & runny. Our waitress, the server were both friendly, & polite. However, only checked back on us once. Ran out of chips, & drinks, with no offer of refills. Atmosphere was not bad at all. Not extremely busy, so reasonably quiet - except for 1 screaming toddler. (That, however, is another thing.)"

"My husband and I went here for lunch this afternoon. We stood at the door for roughly 4-5 minutes before being sat, while the restaurant had less than 6 tables with people at them. We were sat, and promptly greeted and given drinks. The waiter was friendly and joked around with us. However, a group of people he knew were sat shortly after us, and thats where service declined. We had our order taken (2 people) BEFORE his group of 5 friends. They received their food about 10 minutes later, and we still had not gotten anything. We also received no chip or drink refills. That table was able to eat and pay for their food, and other tables that got there after us got their food. We ended up leaving before receiving our meal. We waited there 45 minutes before giving up. Not once did the waiter check in with us. I will never be back."

"A few years back I had given up on this el charros and recently decided to give it another chance, and let me tell you I am so glad I did! They have changed locations since my last visit and it's very nice. The staff was so polite and gave us top notch service. The food was out of this world. Very fresh very authentic and simply amazing. Thank you el charro"
