Dunkin'

"The young man that waited on me the second time I was in there, couldn't get it in his what I wanted when brought in a coupon. Had to repeat myself several times. Then the first time I came in with a coupon, the waitress there didn't want to except it. But he did after she read it a few times. And with that I got it, but they ran out of pancakes so one of my wraps had to be with a tortilla. Not happy at all! And it was in the morning both times I was there. This one here in Carthage MO, NEEDS a lot of work. I know some people that have gone in the store and it is always out of stuff. Not stocked up. I don't know who does the ordering but they don't seem to know what they are doing!!"

"I love Dukn but this franchise is the worst one I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to the one in Carthage 3 times. Totally disappointed each time. Donut choice is dismal at best. If they do have any of them, they keep them in the back and not let you see them, the ones at the counter may have 2 to 3 plain ones. And they’re usually almost always out. They don’t keep up on baking a supply like the other Duncan’s I’ve visited. They also advised they don’t make long johns at this store, because this is the Midwest? Not sure if this is a management problem or what but after three times, you would think I would have at least one decent visit. Very disappointing."

"I love Duncan Donuts. We have a new one in Carthage. Mo. I've eaten at Duncan Donuts many years. The staff that was on duty Wednesday 12-27-23 were very nice, service was excellent and I enjoyed talking to the girls. I look forward going back to get my Duncan Donuts. Thank you for your service."

"I realize they are newer but whew...if you're going to hire staff make sure they're actually trained in the options you have for coffee and how to make the coffees and for pete's sake teach them the difference between boston creme and bavarian creme...I ordered 2 lattes today both pumpkin 1 was supposed to be hot and the other iced...the hot coffee was cold and had absolutely NO flavor to it, it just tasted like a coffee with a bit of milk...the iced coffee was fine. Then we get to the donuts and we asked if they had the chocolate covered donuts with the boston creme...no we only have the bavarian creme and don't sell boston creme...then we tried to ask what other donuts they had instead, guy at the speaker just kept saying he couldn't hear us, so we pulled forward and asked the cashier nicely if he had any of the donuts we requested and he said all had sold out the other day (um do they not get made fresh every day?!) Then he told us that the creme inside was pudding like and that they had vanilla and chocolate filled ones ...wanting to see what this meant I ordered a chocolate filled donut (why is a whole donut 2+ dollars btw?!) We get down the street and the hot coffee we found out was bland and cold...the creme donut I ordered that they said they no longer carried is exactly what they gave me but chocolate flavored instead of regular and the consistency is exactly as it should have been for the regular donut that we had wanted...Again I get that it's newer but the staff is either completely undertrained or just don't gaf about what they sell to customers. Was a very disappointing experience and probably won't be going back, local shops seem to actually take care in how they make their products and treat their customers. *See photo for donut reference*"
