"I was actually shocked when the lady who brought out my Hot Fudge sundaes, after I had to wait for them to “find the fudge” and pulled me forward said, “Well we put them in the wrong cups (aka smaller than they were supposed to be) but at least you got your ice cream so I don’t care.” Terrible service and terrible food 9/10 times."
"Buns were so hard, stale, and cold. And we waited in the drive thru for 7 min after they parked us. This is what it looked like. We got 2 quarter pounder meals and they were both awful."
"I came in today and ordered fries with no salt and I saw the woman who made them pour them directly from the basket to a container. I am so thankful for that. I have kidney and hypertension issues that prevent me from consuming sodium so i obviously dont eat a lot of fast food but their care and attebtion to detail made my whole day. Thank you."
"The WORST service I've ever experienced at McDonald's by far. Staff does not want to honor orders made before 1030 through the app and then blames the computer as the reason. I will NEVER return to this location. The manager refused to be of any help. Definitely suggest going to the one on the other side of Carthage or going to joplin or webb city locations."
"Worst $10 cheese burger. Burger is half the size of the dam bun. Absolutely pathetic."
