"We were severed spoiled food, when we returned the food and asked for a refund. We were met by a snob of a manager who stated they don’t refund money. Not only that, she insisted they didn’t serve spoiled food. Disgusting food, disgusting attitudes and disgusting management. Don’t bother spending your money here."

"Not customer focused. I ordered a bowl with orange chicken and asked if she could put ONLY two pieces of Beijing beef and she said no samples. I would have given her back two pieces of Orange chicken in trade. I did not ask for a sample I would have gladley paid for it she still would not. She would only do a second full portion. I did not want a full portion I would waste it. Very poor service to take care of the customer over two pieces of meat. So I pay leave and will not come back over two pieces of meat. Three people for lunch $50 All three will not be back."

"I'm not sure why the rating is so low? Seth was incredible! Greeted as we walked in. They came and checked on 6, and the price wasn't terrible. A great restaurant! (Update) As we walked out, I noticed my car was leaking, so I got down to look at it. As I got up, Seth came out and helped me for a bit. Truly great service!"

"Went thru drive thru. Took way to long to get order. Food looked like it had been held for about a week. Worst I have ever seen. I won't go back ever. Sadly I have been to other Pandas and they were good. Great compared to this one."

"Order a plate with honey sesame chicken and Benji beef onlyto have the beef like hard dry jerky not edible and no chicken mostly veggies sadly soggy and you could yell nothing was fresh sadly it small serving sizes of the entrees and mostly noodles I don't see this business last long in pitt over prices and slopp 3rd time eating and won't be going back lost another customer."
