"Ordered food for carry out was late picking it up due to car troubles and miscommunication on my end. Hortons employee Adam, called me and very rudely told me that because I didn’t pick it up I could never eat from Hortons again and HUNG UP IN MY FACE.. Keep in mind I’m at work and sent someone to pick up for me.. food sat for an hour, I apologized and asked if it could be remade fresh I was told no. My bf ended up picking the food up and paying. (I wish he wouldn’t have because the guy was very rude).. Ive spent lots of my money at hortons but I will not be spending another dime there. Employees should have better communication skills and be more understanding, as they are not owners of the business."
