"Landed at this McDonald's on a Wednesday evening, using the automated ordering system inside to place an order for a couple of Big Mac's and an order of fries. The wait time approached fifteen plus minutes. All the staff were working feverishly and politely, yet they seemed to be dysfunctional as a team. They did apologize for the wait. The men's restroom was in need of service (politely saying). The food was up to my standard for the expectations of McDonald's/fast food."
"ordered two meals. the guy that took my order acted as if he didn't care. cause as we ordered he would say is that it. after the food was ordered I asked for one of the seasonal sauces. then when we pull up to the window to pay he takes my card and runs it. DID NOT give my receipt to me (thinking ok it'll be in the bag). After getting our food I pull to other side. To make a long story short one fry was only half full and I didn't get the sauce I asked for and my receipt was not in the bag. not happy at all this is a prime example why my family don't go to McDonald's anymore."

"I special ordered a cheese burger. It was supposed to be cheese only with the bun, no condiments, and meat on the side. When I got home with my order, there were condiments on the bun, and I could tell they had put the meat on also, due to pieces of onion on the burger that was put on the side. I knew I should have checked it before I left. I also ordered 2 large fries. I told them if I'm paying 4 dollars apiece on them, they needed to be full like they showed on their advertisement. When I got home, the fries didn't even reach the top of the lowest part of the container."
