"I ordered a size five for my 10 yr old daughter and on the website I filtered by gender and size and I picked out the shoes she wanted and when we received them they where toddler size not the size by all means so I take them to the store the guy was only going to give me 19.00 as an exchange when we paid 29.98 on the site eventually the guy gave me the price we paid after fumbling through my emails the packing slip was in the box showing it came from Hibbett online so not a good experience in my opinion."

"Was happy with the selection but the employees were lacking. We had to go get them off their phones in order to get any help. Want happy work that aspect of it at all."

"I ordered batting gloves and they came in just when we needed them-game day! The gloves unfortunately had a security tag on them. I took them to the local store and they don't have that kind so couldn't remove it. Contacted customer service and they would not offer to send me a replacement. Said I had to re-purchase. I had originally used a $10 coupon and they wouldn't even match that. This company has horrible customer service. This is not the first time we've had issues. Taking our business elsewhere."

"The girl was helpful with clothing, but when we were trying on shoes she didn't try and find out if the correct size could be ordered. We love the selection of in style shoes. There is some adorable clothes, but it's hard to find matching shirt and shorts/pants in store."
