"I bought a prom dress here about two years ago and loved it. I went back this year just to look and was not impressed. I strongly dislike how the larger sizes are in the very back in a completely separate room, while the small sizes are right at the front of the store. I think there should be some dresses of every size in the front and the extra dresses in the back. It almost makes you humiliated to have to go to the separate room just to find a dress your size."

"My daughter tried on a dress PULLED OFF THE RACK by the saleswoman to try on. As she stood in front of the mirror looking, the saleswoman said the other girl that wants to buy this dress is back to purchase it. She said it’s too small for you anyway, take it off! What horrible customer service! The saleswoman commented ‘I don’t know what to do’. My daughter was very embarrassed and confused. It’s almost laughable that you can go into the store and literally buy a dress off of someone that is trying it on! Needless to say, we took the dress off and left as she handed it to the other girl that had just walked into the store."

"The staff was wonderful; however, my daughter lost two hooks off of her dress before she even made it into the school building for prom. It was a two piece Sherri Hill and one came off at the neck and the other at the waist. For the price I thought they would last longer than a couple of hours, and safety pins would not be needed."
