"From out of state and decided to park and walk the downtown strip, in Pittsburgh Kansas. I seen a factory connection and went in to check it out. I had never been to one before. I was carrying my purse with me. After acouple of minutes of looking around the person working came up to me and said I wasn’t allowed a purse inside the store. Either I had to go put it up or put it behind the counter. Since I was parked about half a mile away I sat it behind the counter. The lady working wasn’t at the counter she was off straightening the clothes up, paying attention to the counter. I felt uncomfortable leaving my 700. dollar coach purse with 3,000 dollars inside, plus all my credit cards down with no one to watch it. I ended up going and getting my purse and left without buying anything. This store is not an high end store or anything. I am assuming that they are having problems with people stealing since they don’t allow purses, backpacks, bags etc but not allowing the women their purses is a big negative for Factory Connection. I will not be back."

"Went here for first time. Was really impressed. So was my teenager. A lot of trending clothes and prices were really affordable. You can sign up for text alerts on deals and savings which is handy."

"The best customer service i have ever had they male it feel very relaxed its nice now as far as the selection i give it 3 stars just because the dont have a big section of bigger clothes my wife has very big breast and most shirts dont fit so i have to get a 3 x or so and they dont carry much of this stuff"
