"I don't even know where to start this place is terrible from the food , the service and the inside cleanliness of the establishment. I keep trying to give y'all the benefit of the doubt, but the last time I had chicken there it taste like someone poured cleaning supplies in my chicken. I will never come back to this location."

Despite the convenience promised by the online ordering system, the reality has been consistently contrary. An order placed with an estimated readiness of 16-21 minutes resulted in an extended wait time, culminating in a 56-minute delay. This scenario is not isolated but a recurring theme, exacerbated during peak times such as Super Bowl Sunday, where even a 24-hour advance order did not circumvent a 45-minute wait upon arrival. The observable chaos, characterized by a crowded venue with neither dine-in patrons nor timely order fulfillment, points to a systemic issue that transcends mere operational hiccups. The front desk staff, despite commendable efforts under pressure, are evidently overwhelmed, signaling a dire need for managerial intervention and strategic staffing solutions. The consistent preference given to third-party delivery orders over in-store patrons not only diminishes the customer experience but also raises questions about the establishment’s commitment to service quality. "Entered the store, only 1 employee visible. 1 appeared from the restroom after about 5 minutes. No greeting from the staff for over 10 minutes. Both employees had airpods in, but don't know why they needed them as the in-store music was blaring. Placed our order and took a seat. 30 minutes later a trio of young men that had been there before we arrived got their food. (That's a long wait!) About 5 minutes later we got ours. (Also a long wait) One of our flavors was wrong (something really hot instead of Hawaiian) but everything else was correct and delicious. Both employees then came out to the lobby and sat. 1 of them began a really loud phone call. Another customer entered the store and was ignored. For a long time. Hoping to get the employee's attention, I called the store several times so they would hear it ring, but they ignored it. (I could clearly hear the ringing) Heard 2 online orders come in and print during that time. After about 5 minutes, my wife went over and told the employee that they had a customer. Employee helped them and returned to the lobby to sit and continue the call. I feel bad for whoever placed the online orders...their food had not begun to be prepared when we left 10 minutes later and didn't look like it was going to be. Additionally, tables were sticky and trays were ridiculously greasy. Staff were friendly when we left, though."
"We've given this location many chances to get our simple order right. 40 wings, two flavors, two sides of fries, celery. That's it. Last weekend one flavor of wings was bagged up plain with a thick layer of oil in the container. In the past we've gotten over done or under done fries, over done wings, the wrong sides, the wrong wing sauce/rub or no sauce/rub at all. It's too much money not to get exactly what we order"
"First time going and I'd go back. The employees were happy to see us, were patient while we ordered (daughter and I had never been), brought our food to us, asked several times if everything was good.... Cant say enough good things about this place."
