"On 13Dec22, on our way from Michigan to California. My Motorhome with Allison Transmisson has a service light on the transmission control pad and a "Trans Oil Filter" message in the dash. Just had a transmission oil and filter change at 48000 mi. Now at 50888 miles the "service light and message comes on. Called the Central Power Systems & Services in Joplin MO, while parked at a TA Truck stop. Cameron said come in. Kyle and Rene hooked up their scan tool and determined that the shop who replaced my trans oil and filter did not reset the Filter life. They reset my oil life and send us on our way for FREE. THANK YOU GUYS!!! You saved us from grief"

"Very knowledgeable and professional group here. Rolled in with engine problems. They performed a diagnostic test and were able to pin point the problem. A loose wire fixed. I was up and running within a couple of hours. Very affordable as well."
"Had a motor job done in May and it's only been 5 months and the head gasket is leaking. They had it for 5 weeks. They were really nice, but they said they wouldn't warranty it. We called and they said they would call back but never did. I would expect not to have any problems for at least a year or two but it hasn't even been 6 months. I would expect them to at least fix it, even if they charged a whole lot less. It's like take the money and run."
"Had my Detroit series 60 in for in-frame overhaul after 1.56 million miles. We ran into a few challenges as can be expected, but the crew at Central Power in Joplin came through splendidly! John was great to work with and suffered through my questions and frequent phone calls. I will continue to take my truck back any time the engine needs to be worked on. UPDATE: Just got the truck back after a bit more work. Truck runs great! Very pleased with their service & professionalism!"
