Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Chipotle tends to be pretty consistent. The burrito was made well but a couple of ingredients may not have all been fresh. This location has a great ambience too. I love the view and setting here."

"Just ordered take out from Grandview Chipotle and they royally messed up our order. Every single one of our entrees was missing multiple items. Went to the app to tell them through the app and all they gave us was 3 free drinks and 2 free quesos....but the level they messed up our order....we should get more than that. Everything was completely wrong. If they want to reach out to me I can share photos and our receipt to show how much they messed up. I'll post one of the messed up entrees...and I paid $12 for that...."

"My husband loves Chipotle so we often choose it when we go out. This Chipotle has to be the worse one we have been to. The service was terrible. Everyone seemed like they hated their job. We tried to be friendly but they were in bad moods. The were very rude to both of us. It was so uncomfortable. Then I went to the bathroom. The pictures speak volumes. The dining area was an absolute mess. I didn’t want to whip out my camera but I snuck a few on my way out. There was no way we were sitting in there to eat. It was gross. The food was amazing as always but everything else was shockingly terrible!"

"I don't usually tip at Chipotle, but they did an amazing job!! They made sure I was satisfied. Typically, employees put under a reasonable portion in your bowl, whether you are getting all veggies or not. These employees were great! Very polite and professional. Watch your surroundings, but it is worth stopping in. The atmosphere was nice. There was a Policewoman there to confirm all went well, and it did."
