"Got a reasonable price on a car that I wanted, but negotiated additional parts to be installed as part of the deal. They outsourced the service without disclosing it to me, and ordered cheaper after-market parts instead of what had been agreed upon. Other than a generic line in the bill of sale, no other documentation or confirmation was made so they would not have any legal recourse for their actions. After detailing the issue and posting reviews, Roper had the parts removed and provided a refund to me for the amount paid as well as an amount originally suggested during the negotiations of the purchase. Unfortunately, through this process, I am now missing hardware from my vehicle that should have been put back into place."
