"I used to really like it here, but it’s way too expensive now. I ordered a soufflé, and it was almost $7!! That’s a little steep if you ask me. One of the ladies that works there as a cashier is also pretty rude. Sadly, this place will no longer be my first choice when eating out."

"50 minutes for a bowl of soup and pizza. Manager finally admitted they had been backed up for hours due to busses. You know what, a good manager would call in extra help, and/or advise staff to tell customers who are ordering at the front that they're running behind and that there's a 45 minute wait, on average for your food...at least give your customers the choice to wait or go somewhere else. This is not the first time we've had a significant wait for food for dine in, but it will be the last. I think they put the orders for their to go customers a priority over dine in and that's just what I saw while waiting."

"There is a gentleman that works the drive thru the last couple times I've been there early in the mornings. He's a joy to interact with. If only the world had more pleasant people like him. Panera definitely has a keeper with this one. I'm just sorry I don't know his name but was working 10-11-23 and wears glasses."

"A regular, easy, and reliable Hwy 50 road-trip stop for us. The kiosks make it easy to order just what you want (including number of syrup shots in your coffee!), although sometimes it's worth it to order bakery items at the counter for the most up-to-date inventory availability. Staff have always been friendly (even when dealing with weary travelers), efficient service, serviceable bathrooms, and plenty of seating indoors and outside."
