"I went in to get a trailer tire done. They had two people ahead of me. They said it was going to be an hour and a half. So I said ok, I'll be right back. I ran an errand, came back within an hour. They bumped me, and said it was now going to be a couple more hours, for there was now three people ahead of me. So I left, and will never be back. They never told me I was going to be bumped if I left, till after i left and came back. That's ok, they just lost me as a customer."

"My wife went in to get two used, rear tires for our old van. They talked her into four tires for $175.00. Agreeing, they changed all four. My wife then went to get an inspection and found two of the tires were the wrong size for the van and the other two were dry rotted and split. This is a tire shop and they put those tires on her car I guess they thought she would not check. She did go back and they corrected the problem, but it seems like a tire shop would know the sizes of tires needed and if they were rotten."
