"Brought them custom chrome wheels they put there machine on them wrong and scratched all four wheels far from being able to fix and then argue with me saying they were like that when they got them when had photos to prove that they weren’t instead coming and getting me and showing me then before they worked on them went ahead to continue to work and not figure out there mistake on the first one and drop one of my wheels now has a dent and scratches 100% best shop if you want your 3,000 dollar wheels to get messed up."

"Great shop and great people. I had a tire separate on my drive between KC and Springfield so I pulled in to R&R. Though they couldn’t get me a replacement tire in the time frame I need it (supply chain issues). They put on my spare and was going to charge me a very minimal amount. I had no cash so was going to pay with a card and they told me not to worry about it, and just to remember them if I was in the area again and need tire work."
