"I had an appointment late on a Friday afternoon and needed more repairs done in order to complete my alignment. I was scheduled to go out of town to pick up heavy equipment and badly needed the truck. Dirk worked me into his busy Friday afternoon, completed the repairs and alignment allowing me to keep my commitment to pick up my equipment on Saturday morning. Truck has new tires and I would not have been able to use it without Precision Alignment working me in to their schedule. Very grateful to Dirk for being customer oriented and understanding how much he helped me out."

"I had originally taken my truck (1996 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 5.9 V8 Magnum) here for what I thought would be an alignment, however with it (dog tracking) I wasn't sure what it was going to need. I set an appointment and because time was allotted for an alignment Dirk was able to fix my truck in less than an hour, no alignment needed just some U bolts taken out and stacking the lift wedges. One wedge had been replaced by a piece of metal, and instead of ordering one Dirk suggested putting it back together and he was going to tighten it down best he could. He did say if it didn't hold then we would have to get another wedge. Honest, fair, quick to get me back on the road but doing so safely. Highly recommend!"

"Originaly from Texas and needed an alignment after i moved up here. Made my alignment worse the first time. Called and discussed this with them and they made me an appointment to get it checked free of charge after they mistakenly assumed I put new parts on it. One of the mechanics walked in to get my keys and asked what I did to it cuz it looks lower. I told him I didn't do anything. After some time he came up front and got the lady at the desk. She came back in and told me that I talked to a different guy and they were going to fix it free of charge even though I put different tires on it. Which I didn't, they were the same tires as the last time and thats what I told her. She also was the one I talked to on the phone, I recognized her voice. They got it right in the end but it was a bad experience for me overall. Wont be going back."
