"I called beforehand and asked if I could exchange a product I've never worn and the employee was nice and said yes if I have never worn it and was within 30 days. When I went the employee embarrassed me in front of everyone saying I've had it for a year when I hadn't even had it for 2 weeks. She was talking so loudly saying that I was trying to exchange an item I've worn for a year. I kept saying I haven't had it for long and that I bought it at a different location and they had the item at that store and she said they haven't carried the item since January. I kept telling her I bought it at a different store and that it was very recent. Finally she was reluctant to check the system for my receipt and when I asked her when I purchased it she ignored me. I asked a different employee to look and she said I had it for less than a month and still within rights for exchange. This woman was so rude and she wouldn't speak to me after she knew she was wrong. I was very polite and felt like she was purposefully making a scene in front of everyone. She had platinum blond hair and it looked almost silver/grey. She was so rude. She certainly had no problem embarrassing me in front of everyone, but when she found out she was wrong she had nothing to say to me. I believe her name was Stephanie S."

"I came up to this store to pick up some masks I had ordered online. When I got there they had gotten the other colors in that I preferred. The salesperson was very friendly about exchanging my order even though she had to ho through refunding the order of the first set and reselling the second set. I saw several things in the stores that also interested me, but as a pretty frugal person, some of the prices (even on sale items) were a bit more than I would normally spend. Overall a great experience though. I would shop there again."
