"Employee’s are super hard to communicate with. They are extremely snappy, and have an attitude. They are quick to assume and don’t let costumers speak. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a free terrible experience, and I’m done with there attitudes. Something needs to change."

"I love shopping at lulu, but since a new pop up opened up closer to me I rarely make the trip to Overland Park to this lulu. Today I was shopping with my family and had a nasty experience with a sales associate. She was an older blonde woman working in the fitting room. Normally, workers there are nothing but kind. However, this woman nearly left me in tears in the dressing room. Sadly, one worker can ruin the fun environment and out look that I once had. Needless to say, I will be sticking to the lees summit location."

"Older blonde fitting room lady was extremely rude and made me feel uncomfortable she just barged in my fitting room without asking number 1. And 2. not only that but she was so direct she was being degrading and rude to a younger male next to me telling him how he should have ordered online. And then another female came in and she did the same thing told someone they didn’t look good in a size. You could tell she was taken back. Your better off going to the plaza location!!!!!!"

"extremely condescending older white female employee was verbally degrading male patrons in the fitting room, basically telling him he didn’t know the difference between lines and unlined shorts and saying HIS choice of pants wasn’t as good, as far as i know it’s 2023, people can wear what they feel is good and shouldn’t be attacked for their choices or not persay knowing the minor differences in outfits. this white woman really shows why you should VET WHO YOU EMPLOYING. never going to shop here if people like her work there."
