"Staff was super friendly! They got my daughter to really step outside her comfort zone with some new clothing styles."
"Came to the store last week because all the other Buckle stores stated they had the same shoe at this location in a size 11. Drove an hour away and tried on the shoes. I notice that both shoes felt different. So I checked the sizes. There was only 1 shoe that was an 11. The other was a size 10. I’ve worked a lot of retail jobs. And the important thing to do is make sure each customer is getting both correct sizes. Now a customer has a 10 & 11 pair of shoes. And the store can not order the ones I need. I just called again and still nothing. This sucks and they were not very good at communicating. My kids were very restless sitting there waiting on them to find nothing. Waited 30 minutes. And it seems like they have nothing in stock AT ALL."
"The store is clean & well organized. However, it's obvious the Buckle only only wants a certain kind of customer shopping at this store. I don't recommend this place for people of color, it's not a welcoming environment for us."
"As soon as I walked in, Mel asked if I needed a different size in what i was looking at, She got the large I asked for and then picked out some other options and put in dressing room for me. Customer service was great, Madison was just as awesome at checkout. All staff carry conversation very well and shopping experience was not awkward like over clothing stores."
