"I had a great shopping experience here w/my sister. The owner and I talked about kids, weddings and boyfriends. I bought some clothes(great price) and tried out the statement piece jewelry... My boyfriend later went back w/o me and she remembered me and pointed out the rings that I was admiring (He bought 2!) Definitely returning and recommend this new location; new energy to others! "Never considering buying stuffs in this store. I bought a pair of jeans at full-price and needed to do a return due to wrong size in a few days. The store manager (Alysa) told me the jeans had the cigarette smell (no one can tell and it's totally up to her judgment) and feel like someone has worn them, so she declined my return request. For the record, no one in my family smokes and with the price tag and label on it, there is no way I can wear it. The store manager said in her life, she has never encountered this before, but I feel this is always their trick to piss customers off. Be careful about their return policy, they intentionally include the following in their policy, so you can never return stuffs to store: ITEMS WITH ANY VISIBLE STAINS, DAMAGES OR ODORS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN. The next time when you visit store (if you still want to after seeing my review), check the odors, stains, damages, etc. thousands of time before getting anything!!!"

"Went into this store and saw some really cute things. However, I was treated pretty poorly. When I walked in I was not greeted and was looking for shoes to try on with a dress; I was having a visibly difficult time finding the right size shoe and they didn't offer to help. Mind you, nobody else was in the store and there were 2 sales associates. Then, I tried on a dress that I really felt good in and liked, a lot! I stepped out to look in the floor length mirror. They looked right at me and then kept staring and as my friend was talking to me, the lady chimed in and said "yea, you'll definitely need spanks to smooth the lines" I was really taken aback and immediately felt discouraged. I totally would have bought the dress if either that didn't happen or if they would have said something more positive and encouraging. My friend and I are really disappointed and don't feel like we will be back. It's a bummer that the service was not up to par with the clothing."
