"Bottom line up front - apparently, service A & B do NOT include tire rotation. So for $700 to $1300 on your Mercedes they don't even rotate the tires. After shopping all over the country (online), we purchased the car as a certified Mercedes-Benz with 45K miles from Mercedes Benz KC. We have done business with MBKC (and Aristocrat) for years having owned several Mercedes, Porsche and Saab before. We also purchased an extended warranty with the car as well as a few other options. The certification did not include tires, which seemed odd as the tires were really close to needing to be replacement at the time of purchase. We were told the rule was under 5K tread left (or something like that). We ended up replacing the tires through MBKC at the time of one of our first services (A or B, not sure) and purchased the tires recommended by the MBKC service tech. The car has been in to MBKC for several services since we purchased it, it’s the only shop where this car is serviced. We expected the Service A & B packages we bought included tire rotation (as the website states). We also assumed that if the tires needed to be rotated, the service advisor would indicate that to us as part of the Service A or B package OR as an additional charge (which would seem odd). Short story is, we always assumed MBKC was taking care of us and monitoring the basics of our car as part of the Service A and B packages we purchased. It’s absurd to think that the “basic” maintenance packages, particularly in the $700 to $1,300 price range would NOT include simple tire rotation. Ford’s “works” package includes oil change, tire rotation, inspections and other for $90. Recently, we noticed the tires seems to be very loud. When I brought the car in for the scheduled service plan, I told my service advisor Ryan that the tires seemed loud. I waited for the car as it was being serviced. Ryan came back and told me the front tires were shot, and the back tires were near needing to be replaced. He mentioned the tires had NEVER been rotated. This surprised me and angered me because it I thought it was part of the Service A and B plans – or at least it if it was NOT included my previous service advisors would have recommended a rotation. After some discussion with both me and my husband, Ryan offered to sell me new tires and include free labor. We passed. I would rather have the 10K miles more my tires should have lasted if they had been properly rotated. We have been good customers for Soave Auto Group (MBKC and Aristocrat) over the years. We are done. We decided to never spend another penny with your dealerships."

"Johnny Kartsonis AND John Doolittle, both service writers are awesome, exceptional humans. Couldn’t have asked for a more personalized, thorough, thoughtful and professional experience. Would I like it if the actual repair service were less expensive or free? lol. Of course, who wouldn’t? Nevertheless, the people here made the entire process almost painless. FYI: If you don’t have other means of transportation or lodging, like me, be prepared to use Lyft or Uber. There was a great and reasonably priced Candlewood hotel I stayed in about 5 miles away in Kansas City, Kansas, just across the border from Kansas City, MO."
"Bought a car for wifey on her birthday. Experience here was flawless. Ease of doing business and staff friendliness by far one of the best I've ever experienced. I have always serviced my vehicle there, but first time purchaser. And most likely they have me now as a customer for life. Finance guy was easy to deal with and not pushy at all. Great presentation, but no pressure. We were in and out of there in roughly 3 hours. Including test drive and valuables swapping from old to new car.
