"My car sat in the parking lot for a week or more. Any communication I initiated or contacted Geico and then heard from the shop. The steering column part was not replaced because they insisted that they could not find the part. They put it back together with jagged edges and loosely put together from damaged pieces. No one wanted to take responsibility for how things were handled. I found the part myself. Very disappointing experience. They had my car for almost a month."
