"This morning my wife called me and told me she was getting a flat tire, we live 40 minutes away from where she works. It's currently 5 degrees outside and I have 2 younger daughters I would have to wake up and bring with me to swap vehicles and try and get the tire fixed. Fortunately for me Jon came in clutch.
