"Amazing work and service! Benny is such a great guy! Thank you for your hard work and time!"
"Great service, fast and great price. Will go there again"
"Several family members have used Benny's shop over the years. We wouldn't go anywhere else. He's always provided above-quality service, is always courteous and friendly, and has reasonable prices. We wouldn't go anywhere else and highly recommend Joe's Muffler."
"Benny's always been honest, Joe his dad taught him good values, its been a long time 20+ years from the last Time I went into his shop, back then he just welded. His dad was still Alive. Benny would hand me a bill I back then could not believe how fair it was. I don't make it over there often anymore but I grew up down the street from that shop, before the storage place went in next door. that was 35 40 some years ago. Benny has to be getting old by now. But think how experienced he is now. Its too bad 5 stars is all you can add he would get 10. Yes If I worked on cars I would also demand I use my parts,if you ask me to stand behind my work, and you brought in the parts 2 things are not being met, first I'd have to sell so many parts a month to get my discounts, second your asking me to warrantee parts I can not confirm where they came from, and I'm nao making my markup for the parts you came in with. The reason I would ahve markup is 2 fold, pays the bills and helps pay the bills if it fails and I have to redo the work. Also Shop Liability insurance covers parts I sell parts you bring in would have have coverage, if your part fell off the car and flew into the window of the car behind you I could be held liable for it, if its my part insurance covers it, your part that's in question that's also coming back at me because its hard to prove who's parts and who's liable. . Just pay what being asked for Parts because you won't find cheaper labor and the cost overall is a lot less money. Do not bring your own parts in. Mechanics hate that. And often the reason it didn't work is your faulty part. So they waste 1/2 the day trying to find the problem and do not make any money off it. Shops I've worked at would bill you for the time spent doing that. Benny's honest fair and friendly just do as he asked."
"Excellent and trustworthy. Been going to him for years for all kinds of repairs on several different cars. Great quality work, fast and affordable. Also to the guy who thought he would do labor for free? In the other review, is an idiot. No one is going to do work for free even if you bring the parts."
