I felt attended to the whole time and when I needed another size in something Lauren helped me order it online. I appreciate her going the extra mile to match the price to the online price. "BLACK FRIDAY (11/24/2023) The blondie middle aged lady with caky makeup was pretty rude at the register. Speaking like a robot. It’s understandable that you’re frustrated about the traffic of the store BUT you don’t have to be that miserable to customers tho right? 08/23/2023 (around 1:45pm) Not only did Lauren help me find the size, she also checked their stock & the other store if they have my size there! She was super patient, helpful, & friendly! I was not rushed or pushed to buy stuff at all & that makes me wanna purchase with her!"

"Lowkey think I was racially profiled here. I’ve been in probably over 10 times at this point and I’ve never been greeted at the door upon entrance. Even when I’m at their denim bar and looking through all the sizes, all the employees walk by without a word. I really like madewell’s clothing so it’s a shame their employees don’t make the store feel welcoming to everyone"

"The store associates are fantastic (especially Madison). They are helpful and kind. If you become a Madewell insider, you receive free tailoring for the jeans. These are my favorite pair of jeans. The clothing is pricey but is worth the money."
