"I purchased headlamp bulbs (package of 2) and requested that my burnt out bulb be replaced with the one that I purchased. I was informed that it was not a service that is offered. In the past they have been very helpful. Apparently they have decided that it is acceptable to charge you $68, but it is not necessary to take 5 minutes to help you. I went to Auto Zone where they did not have any problem helping me out."
