"Yesterday Geek Squad came out and installed my tv and sound bar. Turned it off, went to work. This morning I turned it on and no sound. Restarted. No luck. Unplug, plug back in, no luck. Called Amazon FireTV support, they connected to my tv, couldn’t figure it out. Called the store to get help, held for 45 minutes, no answer. Drove to the store, waited 30 minutes in line, only to be told the next available appointment would be March 7. Wow. Incredibly frustrated. Worst part is the tech who installed gave me his cell and told me to reach out if I had issues. I text all day, no response. They took all the boxes. If I could return it I would. Terrible service"
"Purchased a dryer today and had to go home to get the truck. When we came back, I waited in line At customer service (as directed by an employee passing by) stood in line as there was one person in front of me and when that person was done and left, the cashier looked at me and said “do U need something?” Like I’m standing in line for nothing. Then I told him that we were here to pick up our dryer that we had just bought 45 minutes ago. He said “oh so a pickup”. To which I may have sarcastically responded- yeah. He then tells me it’s not ready yet and it would be about 10-15 minutes. We walked around the store for 15-20 minutes and then went and wouldn’t U know- the dryer was in the same spot on the floor and nobody had done anything to get it ready for us. So we flagged down the closest employee (which wasn’t too hard as there were SEVERAL just standing around) and he got us a manager who came by and said he was told that we had left and were coming back later. So apparently the guy at the register didn’t even tell anyone that we were here and ready. After that, the manager assured us that he would get it packed up ASAP. I waited at the front of the store for as long as it took me to write this review and am still waiting. I am just appalled that this place has gone so downhill! We looked at tv’s for like 10 minutes and not one employee approached us!!! The manager did get the dryer packed up and we were out of there in 15 minutes but man! With the prices of things today, I believe I will spend my money elsewhere where it’s more appreciated from now on!"
"I went to your store in Liberty to get a new laptop. The whole process took over an hour. There was no people working in the electronics dept. I went to the front of the store to try and get help. But all I could find was slow people that said they couldn't help. I finally got on the ladder and dug out the laptop I wanted myself. I will most definitely be going elsewhere for my electronics needs in the future."
"Friend paid for a monitor and set the pick up for me to get it for her. Made the effort to get to the store around 8pm and was told that my name was not set up as the pick up person. Asked that they check twice, Best Buy guy said “no, your name is not on here”. So I went home. She had to get it the next day. My name was all over the receipt for pick up. In fact, when she parked and had the package brought out, it was my name on the “your order is ready” delivery slip. So here’s what’s up: I was trying to shop less online, and this is the thanks I get. We lost a lot of time, could have had the right thing brought to my door in the same amount of time. Best Buy will end up being half the size it is, or maybe gone all together, if the employees can’t get their heads out of their backsides. Because instead of driving to work at Best Buy, you’re going to be driving for work (for a tyrant) delivering to my door, the same stuff you can’t get right for me to pick up."
"I don't know what it is about best buy but I personally don't like going to them. When I went though it was a quick time at least. Someone seen I was struggling to locate something and they pointed me in the correct direction. Even told me the secondary place it would be if it wasn't in the first place. (It was) All I purchased was an aux cord and it has been working great so far."
