"The store is never clean. The managers are lazy and unprofessional. The employees are high and stealing from the job without consequences. Your order is never correct and instead of tossing it they put it in the back until somebody orders it. Just avoid this sonic if you can."

"Just went here spent over 12$ on ice cream just to get home and discover that it's spoiled over. I then decide to go up there to complain and get a refund and I'm told it will take over 7-10 business days before I'll see my money and then the Manger could seem to care less and even admitted to being lazy when it comes to the ice cream machine stated " yeah not gonna lie sometime's the other side of the ice cream maker doesn't get used " like that's an okay excuse for selling expired food this location needs to be shut down completely its the worst one and the laziest of employees I will be calling the head manager and the health department for this disgusting food and then the audacity to knowingly sell expired food to customers because they are too lazy to check up on the inventory."

"Completely messed up order. Don't order online from them. I got tator tots instead of fries, chicken nuggets instead of mozzarella sticks, a plain burger instead of double bacon with cheese, and vanilla milkshake not banana malt. And paid $47 for a complete mess up."

"The tater tots were nice and hot even though I got them to go. The chili cheese conie was good also and they got the rest of my six person order correct. That is a vast improvement over just about every other fast food restaurant in the area. Thank you Sonic for going above and beyond!"

"Ive gone to this sonic off and on for a few years. Sometimes the employees are nice, sometimes they're not. The food is usually awful, unless you get something popular. I always try to give a place at least a second chance. I've also been charged twice before, and for 2 transactions. No one said ANYTHING,just let me drive off like that. Didn't notice until I was home, drove up and showed them my bank transactions (shows time as well as date), and the gal was like "yeah I did that accidentally thinking it was a different order" you didn't bother to at least tell me?? I get it, things happen or you forget. Instead of offering to issue a refund,I was offered a DRINK TOKEN! Mind you, this was like $23 and some change I was charged for someone else's order. I actually had to say "can you not just issue a refund? A $2 drink isn't going to cover the $20.... y'all need to get it together"
