"We love Italian eateries and had never sampled V's. What a great story, great atmosphere, and great meal. Comfortable seating, soft lighting, and plenty of Sinatra to create a wonderful experience. We regret not entering this local gem before now and can not wait until our next visit. Free coffee cake with entrees. Delicious!"
"I've only been here once before a long time ago. Glad we stopped by. Host was friendly, the Server was friendly. I ordered and received my Caesar salad. I don't really care for croutons. I put a few of mine onto my friends plate. I then ate one and WOW! Best croutons I've ever had. Very buttery and definitely made fresh here. Salad was a little light on dressing for what I prefer but good stuff! Meal arrived and our Server gave me a generous pile of cheese on top of my meal. I grabbed a piece of bread slapped on some spaghetti... oh my! The red sauce is INCREDIBLE! I tried a bight of one of my meatballs and I think it's probably the best I've ever eaten. The manicotti was good. I thought the portion seemed small but after eating my meal, I was too full to eat my Italian rum cake and the Server made it to go. I'd definitely recommend this place. Spaghetti and meatballs or the pasta trio."
"Birthday lunch for my husband. Great pizza, crust is not your traditional yeast dough their's is like a very thin flakes biscuit crust. Tasty. Veal parm was very tender breaded cutlet, I had angle hair pasta with it. Noodles were perfect. Sugar sauce was very flavorful. We will be back to try some of the other items our waiter told us about."
"V's is a staple of KCMO. They have been a locally family owned location for over 40 yrs and proud to be a part of it as our families business has been with them in this journey (ace lock & key) in the local area. An amazing Sunday brunch with bottomless mimosas. The best manicotti in town for sure. They also have a downstairs that is ready for large parties of all kinds. So needless to say if your in town or haven't been in a while come in and have great meal and feel like family."
"Nothing but goodthings to say. The food was excellent. The house salad with homemade Italian dressing, which was delicious. Don't recall the name of the dish, it was a seafood linguini. Creamy, rich, perfectly cooked pasta. The shrimp was properly cooked and cleaned. The rum cake was good sponge. The tiramisu was sinful. More, please!"
