"FILTHY. Trash by the front door was so full, it was overflowing. When I informed members of the staff about it, I was told "we don't have anything to do with the trash." (??) How hard is it to grab a trash bag and put on a pair of gloves and at least empty part of the trash so that it's not overflowing? Most of its just coffee cups. I had to use the restroom before ordering coffee and it was GROSS. I didn't find out until after I used the toilet that there was no toilet tissue AT ALL. ARRGGGH! By that time, I felt like this place was so filthy that it was probably in violation of the Health Department code and left without ordering anything. Stay away from this place unless you like germs."

"Ordered a cold brew with cinnamon powder on it which they forgot. When I asked that they put it on they were extremely condescending about it. I also ordered a flat white and I'm not sure what they did but it tasted absolutely terrible. One of the worst Starbucks experiences I've ever had."

"Came through at around 4:50pm on Tuesday 3/7/2023 Theo was the manager on the floor! I ordered a drink and food item, he was really really helpful in offering up new items to try and was great to connect with while he made my drink. The baristas he had on the floor were also super kind! He is running a great floor :) No complaints here!"
