"Two workers messed up both of my orders and proceed to talk badly about my husband and I as soon as we left. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. My husband and I were polite to the workers and lieutenant but the way they handled our situation was not proper. They seemed like they did not know what they were doing at all, and overall seemed very snoody."
