"We ordered the BBQ Chicken pizza and were surprised how Spicy it was. ( Gates BBQ sauce). So when a waiter/ manager (?) asked how things were going, we mentioned the surprise . She offered a New pizza that we turned down, but she followed up with an offer of free Gelato, which we accepted. Thats called : "Good Customer Service "."

"I grew up eating pizza from the likes of Domino's and the Hut, so I never developed a taste for the thinner crusts and better quality ingredients from higher end places such as Spin. Objectively I believe the pizza here is much better than typical delivery. It just isn't what I think of when the pizza mood hits. Fortunately Spin makes a variety of other food for cretins like me. Their sandwiches and salads are excellent. And the service is polite and efficient."

"This was my first time going to SPIN. I bought a personal sized gluten free pizza. There were 4 slices. 2 slices were about the size of one large pizza size. It was incredibly small for $10. The large was $20. Those prices are too high."

"Yes the pizza, our salad was edible, and my peanut butter gelato are all yummy! And the venue is nice. However, the staff is rude! I never got my side of ranch I requested. No one touched our tables to see if my sister and I lacked anything or just ask about our experience. My sister had to remind the cashier about my SPIN rewards program, since he never asked if I had a membership."
