"It was a bit busy but organized well so the wait was minimum. Staff was multitasking very well. Food was good as always. We both got the country fried steak. Also got to see 5 birds on the building that look like gray owls. Very beautiful birds."

"We went there this past Sunday after church. First of all, we waited 47 minutes for our food to come out luke warm. We asked for crispy bacon and it was not at all crispy! We could not find our waitress, and finally ask someone else to go get her, which she never returned to the table. Our tab was $77 and change. The waitress did not leave a pen and no one at the table had one to sign the ticket. My son-in-law just checked his balance today, which is two days later to find out that they charged him $95.33. I would think that this is theft? This restaurant has been going downhill for a while now. We will not be going back. Bob Evans has now gained a weekly visit by this family. The so called manager is not friendly at all. Avoid this restaurant by all means."

"2 stars only cause waitress was great. the sausage was the only edible part. Hashbrowns were dry & chewy, the eggs- not even the whites were cooked through(eggs medium) & the toasting bread has been left out as when you bite it, it all turns to dust(even with extra butter put on it. $17 breakfast! My suggestion - go to waffle house or mcdonalds."

"This place improved so much than the last time I went in 2020. The cups, silverware, etc. is clean. The food is actually good and not slimy. Server was wonderful. Orders were correct. Will probably go again."

"Sat down to try their options for people with dietary restrictions and was offered coffee. First opportunity, I can't have creme or sugar, so I drink my coffee with milk. The server only offered for me to order 1% or chocolate milk but did not give me an option for this dietary restriction. I didn't order a coffee and already agrivated with the customer service. I then sat and began to look at the menu. Not even 1 minute goes by, and the server comes in and checks on me; I state no, I'm not ready. I'm still looking at the menu. As if I'm not frustrated enough. He then fails to come back. 10 minutes go by. And I wonder if even the manager notices this time lapse because I'm never even checked on with clearly no food and all but a water in front of me. I had to get up, and go to the front check out to request a server. Mind you it was not busy at all I counted 7 servers, and less than half of the resteraunt was full. The new server amazing customer service, even provided an option to save money with side order, ordering option. I ended up ordering a build your own omlette with spinage and cheese. And a side of hash browns."
