Panera Bread

"Ok normally I don’t leave reviews for fast food but today pissed me off. Just picked up a loaner car from Audi and I needed to stop here to get food before my baby ultrasound at St Lukes. I was in the drive through and order chicken noodle soup and a side of mac. The moment I drive off and move the bag over to the passenger seat, it ripped open on the bottom. I don’t understand how y’all can just let soup get a paper bag sopping wet and hand it right off to a customer. It literally spilled everywhere in the car, on my purse, my coat etc. Now I have to go get the car cleaned. Thank you guys!"

"We ordered ahead for pick up. When we got home with our order there were a couple of errors. Mistakes happen, we are all human, I appreciate how quickly they fixed things and having choices for the resolution. I was able to call and was given two options to get it resolved. Both were more than acceptable and the staff were polite and apologetic. They let me select what was best for us and were very helpful in getting things resolved."

"Consistancy is the key to the success of this well known chain. I love the fresh bread and all the sweets. Today I had the steak sandwich and my friends had soup and salad . During the lunch hour the dining room was crowded and pretty noisy but didn't distract from our own conversation or the causal atmosphere. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Lots of parking plus a drive through and close to highway 435."
