"Brought in my GRADUATION gown yesterday to be altered, she said it'd be ready by 1pm today. I'm at her door at 110pm and store closed and no answer to the phone. I graduate tomorrow. And now I don't have a graduation gown to walk in! Waited for 15 minutes. Nothing. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND"
"Not exactly thrilled. The alterations cost more than my wedding dress. Now the front does not lay correctly. I wanted the fluttery lace sleeves tacked back and it was about half of the desired distance. I will deconstruct it and do it myself. Also, there is a lipstick stain by the back zipper that is no lipstick I would ever wear. She did not have me try it on when I picked it up and I think I know why now - because it looks lame!"
"When my spouse went to pick up the pants I had hemmed they told her that they had already been picked up a month prior. I still have the ticket for them. They take charge cards for clothing purchases, but not alterations (sounds fishy). They have the most inconvenient hours imaginable during the week, although you wouldn't know that because they are only posted on the front door. Needless to say, I won't be going back unless I am trying to lose two more pairs of $50 pants."
"Very nice woman who's an expert tailor. Honest and knowledgeable. She'll give you her honest opinion and won't try to rip you off or upsell. Much better than those tailors at the dry cleaners."
