"Zero stars if I could. Both times I've been there, employees were incredibly rude. I asked if I could get help with my battery install, I received an eye roll. I understand it was incredibly cold out, but the install is the ONLY reason I even went to the store. I had my infant son in the car after a long day of traveling and my battery had died. He also tried to convince me that my battery was in my floor board...which I knew was not true. He just did not want to help me. I ended up paying over $150 to have my battery, that I purchased from them, installed by someone else."

"Good clean store and always has parts in stock vs the closer store in leavenworth, so I usually drive a few miles further. Poor management tho. Larry seems to care less about the goings-on in the store. Stephanie is great tho"

"The clerk was a jerk. I needed to 10 quarts of transmission fluid and a transmission filter and the clerk told me that I didn't need 10 quarts of fluid when I was just doing a fluid and filter change that I t.f only required 4 quarts and I knew that but I I wanted to have extra fluid on hand. I thought to myself why should he care how many quarts of fluid I buy"
